Futuristic Car Concept By Yuwom Ahn

Futuristic Car, Yuwom Ahn
Yuwom Ahn came up with a new car concept which she called as a ‘heartwarming’ car. The idea behind this unique car was Ahn’s opinion that world lacks kindness which is necessary for peace of mind and serenity. The car has a white outer body that appears like ceramics and a great texture that gives the feeling of softness.

The color definitely soothes the mind and gives the message of peace to the world. When you stroke the body of the car, a drawing appears on its surface giving an impression of active model showing layouts in the current form.

Driver and passengers can easily get inside the car over the low left board. The seats are placed in such a way that the people sitting inside the car can easily communicate and look around. In her car design, she didn’t add any lid to the boot and it is accessible very conveniently from both sides, outside and the cockpit.

In the words of the designer:
“My concept is ‘Stroking’. I designed the car with great volume and interesting factors like head lamps for good stroking, used materials for good tactile sense and graphics will respond to human’s stroking.”
Her attempt to render the society with a distinct and unique car seems to be accomplished. She derives the idea of this car from the present day world. Ahn wants to engage the users to this fantabulously designed.car “This car is not a cold machine but one that has a softer touch, which can interact with human emotion. It warms the user’s heart”, beams Ahn.

Apache FM1 Concept Car By Senni Med

Apache FM1, Future car, Senni Med
At the first instance, it may seem like a wrecked car emerging from a disastrous accident. However, according to the designer, this is the final form (and we must believe him) of the Apache FM1 concept vehicle, a two-seater trike, whose style – in my book – borders on the lines of being bold and bizarre. Inspired by the famous AH-64 Apache helicopter, this conception would definitely make heads turn on the road.

Contrived by designer Senni Med from Morocco, the body comes with front grille bar ornamented with the traditional ‘X’, and a logo representing FuturmeDesign. The polished aluminum surface makes way for the tapering upper part, thus making that conspicuous angle finally culminating at the outwardly bending magnetic wheels.

The blatantly angled curves carry over to the capriciously shaped headlights and the panoramic windscreen. The overall ‘chaos of alignments’ may impart that wickedly aggressive demeanor of the vehicle, but for purists it just may be too much of being bohemian. Still one cannot deny the novelty of a design, which is uniquely inspired by the form of a helicopter.

KIA Naimo Concept

KIA Naimo, 2011 Seoul Motor Show
The all new Kia-Naimo, the electric crossover concept by South Korean designers, stole the show single handedly in its world premiere at the 2011 Seoul Motor Show. The masculine touch is the distinguishing feature adding to its huge sale figures.

The electric car has been appropriately fitted with a wrap-around windscreen, an asymmetric sunroof, and the front and rear ends are enmeshed with dot-styled LED heads and positioning-lamps.
After Ray and Pop, Naimo is the third electric car to be launched by Kia in the past year. Their ideas are unique, that’s for sure. Geared with a power output of 110hp and 206 pound-feet of torque, the four seater crossover has an inbuilt Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, and to top it all, the car can reach a top speed of 93 mph.

Some other good to know information about this compact little Korean machine is; it comes fitted with a twin-pack 27 kWh battery located under the boot, a Lithium Ion Polymer battery which can make the car run at 124 miles on a single charge, the charging time being around 5 hours or so. The battery charging also is a hassle free technique. You can charge your battery with a regular household power outlet, avoiding frequent trips to the garage.

Kia is proud of this contraption as it is the 3rd car to have been introduced in its existing zero emission fleet of hybrid cars and they look forward to many more in the near future. If all companies start producing such kind of cars, it would not take us very long to get rid of the high levels of pollution our earth suffers everyday.
